These terms apply when a firm signs an order for a paid Allocatin pilot.
The parties are Allocatin, Inc. (“Allocatin”) and the applying firm (“Partner”). The Terms of Use and DPA also apply. If this page conflicts with a signed order form, the order form controls for fees and dates.
Allocatin will provide workspace access and, as agreed, help with CRM cleanup, mandate creation, relationship mapping, initial capital targets, and a weekly fundraising or allocation review. Partner will designate a working contact and provide timely feedback.
The pilot is paid. Fees and the pilot length are stated in the follow-up order or invoice (US dollars unless stated). Fees are non-refundable once the pilot starts, except as required by law. Taxes are extra. Seat subscriptions after the pilot follow the Refund & cancellation policy.
Partner permits Allocatin to measure product outcomes using Partner’s workspace usage (connections, meetings scheduled, time-to-first-conversation) in aggregated or de-identified form, and in identifiable form internally to run the pilot. We will not publish Partner-identifiable results without the permission in section 4.
If Partner ticks the reference box on the intake form (or agrees in an order), Allocatin may name Partner as a design partner and use a mutually approved quote or short case study. Partner may withdraw future use by writing to legal@allocatin.com, which does not require deletion of already-printed material.
Customer Content stays Partner’s. Allocatin processes it under the DPA. Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential. Partner will not upload material it is not allowed to share.
The pilot is software and onboarding help. It is not investment advice, a capital-raising engagement, or a placement. No success fee is payable.
The pilot lasts for the period on the order. Either party may stop for material breach that is not cured in 10 days. After the pilot, continued use is under the then-current Terms and list prices unless a new order is signed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, with the same venue and mandatory-local-rights language as the Terms of Use.
