How to send a copyright notice, a trademark complaint, or a report of illegal content.
Allocatin, Inc. respects intellectual-property rights and the notice-and-action duties that apply to a hosting intermediary in the United States, the EU Digital Services Act, and the UK Online Safety Act where they apply to our service.
AllocatIN, the word mark, logos, software, taxonomies, and directory compilation are owned by Allocatin, Inc. or its licensors. You may not use the marks in a way that suggests sponsorship without written permission. “Allocatin” trademark filings may be pending; use of the name here is not a representation that every class is registered in every country.
If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a notice that meets 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to:
Copyright agent
Allocatin, Inc.
copyright@allocatin.com
Your notice must include:
We may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user. Counter-notices may be sent to the same address and must meet § 512(g). Repeat infringers will lose their accounts.
To report content you believe is illegal in the EU or the UK (including intellectual-property infringement, unlawful financial promotions you think we host, or other illegal information), email legal@allocatin.com with:
We will acknowledge receipt, review in a timely, non-arbitrary way, and tell you of our decision and the option to seek redress. We may remove content, restrict an account, or reject a report that is incomplete or unfounded. This process is our single point of contact for DSA Article 11/12 style notices: legal@allocatin.com (English).
Firm names in the directory are used to identify those firms. If you are the rights holder and want a correction or takedown of a logo or mark, write to legal@allocatin.com. Claiming your firm is usually the fastest way to control the row.
