How Allocatin uses cookies and similar technologies on the website, and how you can choose.
This policy explains cookies and similar technologies on allocatin.com. It should be read with the Privacy Policy. It is designed for the EU ePrivacy Directive / PECR, UK PECR, Canadian expectations, and US state notice rules.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use local storage, pixels, and similar technologies. The iOS and Android companion apps do not use advertising cookies or advertising tracking pixels.
| Category | Examples | Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Session / auth cookies, CSRF, load-balancer, allocatin_display_currency | Keep you signed in, protect the account, route traffic, and remember the GBP / EUR / USD list we resolved from your IP country so Checkout charges the same currency the pages show | Necessary to provide the service |
| Preferences | allocatin.cookie-consent, language, demo plan / quota keys | Remember cookie choice, UI language, and local demo state | Necessary or your request |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4 (G-JQ6BSE3301) | Understand public-site usage (pages, approximate geography, device) | Consent — off until you accept |
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social-media pixels on the site today. If that changes, we will update this table and ask for consent before loading them in the UK or EEA.
If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. Google LLC processes that data in the United States as our processor. Analytics cookies typically persist up to 24 months unless you delete them. We do not load Analytics if:
You can also use Google’s opt-out tools or a browser tracking-prevention setting.
You can also email privacy@allocatin.com and ask us to record an analytics opt-out against your account. Browser settings let you block or delete cookies; blocking all cookies may break sign-in.
The workspace may store functional keys on device (for example demo quotas, one-time Power Intro balances for ConnectIN and CircleIN, skipped Connect cards, and plan previews). Those are not advertising identifiers. On iOS they may be stored with Capacitor Preferences.
